Our most popular option, and everyone's approved! Rent-to-own is available with no credit check and can be set up with 24-, 36-, 48-, and 60-month payment options*, and low down payments! And we are now happy to offer a 90-day same-as-cash plan on all buildings $14,999 and under, still with no credit required.

We've partnered with GreenSky to offer our customers easy, affordable finance options in-house. Plans offered for as low as 7.99%APR, subject to credit approval. A 15-month same-as-cash option is also available for all our buildings! To apply for credit-based financing, call in to the office for credit application.

When paying in full, we only require 50% down at the time of purchase, with the balance due to the driver at delivery. Payments can be made via personal check, bank draft, cashier's check/money order, or a credit/debit card. There are no fees for any of our payment options!
